Quick reply to come and fix and even came on a Sunday got 3-month warranty scratched all my flooring getting washing machine out, 3 months later washer has same fault again tried calling texting and no response!!!!! 3mnth warranty on repairs clearly not true!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY quick to respond and come but don’t honor anything

Great availability as came next day to fix the oven. Communication was great and confirmed the exact time he would arrive on the day via text. Sorted the issue, replaced the part and checked everything was working and got me to check that I was happy with everything before he left.

Very good communication from the get go. They were honest and transparent about parts that were getting delivered (slight delay in delivery of part). Very good on timings (said he would be with us between 11 and 12 - he was with us at 11:09). Very quick in his work and... cleaned up afterwards! Would recommend 100%

Recommended this gentleman by my mother-in-law after washing machine started leaking. He was great. Came out the same day, was friendly, completed the job promptly and was cheap. Would recommend to anyone and will keep the number saved!
