    Oven element had broken so needed replacing.

    They responded the day after I posted the job but could come round that day to fix it. The engineer was very punctual and arrived exactly when he said. He fixed it straight away and was really helpful.

    Oven repair and confirmation on the hob being beyond repair

    Excellent communication and very quick to respond. Yonas (hope I’ve got the his name right) was brilliant and attentive to the job. It is shame the hob is beyond repair but really appreciate his explanation and the oven is now working again. Would highly recommend
