Job was done quick and responsible!

We've used BM home improvements 3 times now for different jobs. Happy to be a returning customer. Billy and his team do a great job for a fair price. Courteous and good communication throughout so we knew exactly what we would be getting.

Recently had my guttering replaced along with some roofing repairs and would highly recommend this company to anyone. I am extremely satisfied with the end result.

I was looking for someone who could advise me on keeping my roof well maintained over time. Billy immediately understood this approach and made sensible recommendations to stay ahead of any issues. He spoke with real knowledge and professionalism, which gave me confidence in his advice. When the work began, the team were friendly, efficient, and completed everything in a single day. This included repointing the chimney, lead work and ridge tiles as well as replacing broken tiles, and clearing the gutters. I’d happily recommend BM Home improvements.

Quick response, excellent communication at all stages, prompt start, and speedy efficient conclusion to the work. Outstanding work on roof, chimney and gate to property. I couldn’t fault the efficiency, the standard of the work, or the communication.

We are really happy with the finished job. At every stage Billy has been easy to contact and quick to respond to any communication. They also took the time to check in with our neighbours to make sure they knew what was happening before the job started and put their mind at ease about the work carried out, the roof boundary (semi detached) and scaffolding erection. Roof looks great and they’ve left the surrounding area/garden in a good state. The job took longer than expected and ended up costing them more to complete but the fixed price for the job remained. Overall very happy with it
