Hired Ben to build an extension. Disappointing experience especially in the final 4-5 weeks, work not completed by agreed dates and not to a standard. The foundation was left uneven, causing extensive cracks in the screed; extra self-levelling reduced ceiling height and leaving concerns about stability of the floor and built-in UFH. Electrical work was substandard, with missing certificates and no power by deadline. Lots of excuses, repeated promises, delays and missed final BC inspection. Damage to a neighbour’s fence never repaired. Had to hire new trades to finish and certify the work.

Ben and his team couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and respectful, very high standard of work, would definitely recommend. Will be using him for our loft conversion next year.

Ben was fantastic from start to finish. He spent time with us to ensure we made the best decisions and he really gave us the best service. His workmanship was outstanding and he always left the site tidy and the tools were put away so well. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom is more than what we ever expected: thank you so much Ben!

Ben and his tradesmen were great - polite, respectful, clean and tidy. They did an amazing job nothing was too much trouble and we are over the moon with the results. Can’t recommend highly enough would use BMH anytime.

Ben and his team did a fantastic job. Although it is only a small decorating and painting job, Ben and his team would help and deliver at the highest quality as possible. They even came and helped when our fridge couldn’t go through the front door and get it sorted. Highly recommended, well done to Ben.
