  Wall removal to access garage conversion.

  Ben has done a fantastic job creating a corridor connecting our kitchen to our house's garage conversion. The price was very reasonable for the work done compared to others who quoted us. The work was completed to a high standard, and he ensured that I was happy with any work done at each stage. He was quick to respond to messages up to and during work. Any delays were communicated, and he left the house tidy when he had finished. I would recommend him for building work in the future.

  Utility Room Build and Plastering. New ceilings

  Ben built a Utility room, insulated, boarded and Plastered it. He overcame very successfully multiple problems with planning and existing rubber roof. He replastered my kitchen and bathroom ceilings, he is an excellent Plasterer. Lee prepared all the plumbing and central heating work Stephen rewired area and fitted new consumer unit. All the work was carried out in a very efficient and competent way and I would highly recomment Ben and his team for any building work. They were so considerate and did all they could to ease the inevitable disruption of work in the confines of the home.

  Kitchen renovation and downstairs bathroom

  Ben's service was brilliant from start to finish, he was extremely reliable and nothing was too much for him and his colleague. The job was completed to a really high standard, they were professional and worked around us and our family life. Each day they left the work space as they found it and although it was a big job, they made sure that the disruption was minimal. Ben provided a detailed and clear quote so we understood the work that was going to take place and then he was in regular contact throughout the job, I would not hesitate to recommend him and use him again for future work.

  Excavation and Extension

  We chose Ben (B Metcalfe Construction) as he showed a genuine interest in our requirements. Importantly, he clearly explained what can and can’t be achieved. And he and his team were open to change and to improve our plans as the project progressed. The quality of the brickwork and plastering was excellent. We have just a couple of things to finish. Really good. He was also very calm when dealing with our churlish neighbours. I would recommend B. Metcalfe Construction

  Renovation

  I use Ben and his team to renovate my house, with new windows and plastering, they couldn’t do enough to help. Turned up on time and did a great job, I’ll be using them again for my outhouse
