  Downstairs cloak room

  BMC installed all the pipe work for us on a downstairs cloak room. They went above and beyond, moved a awkward radiator with 8mm micro pipe eith new valves. Done the first and second fix. All the work was to a very high standard and what works perfect for us is that they work to dates booked in and always turn up. Communication is key and these guys are easy to contact.

  Replaced leaking expansion vessel

  Ben came out promptly the day after Boxing Day and quickly sourced the right part, fitted it and ensured all radiators were working properly before leaving. Great experience from start to finish

  Immersion Tank Replacement

  Ben arrived exactly at the time and on the day he said he would. The new tank which he was fitting arrived soon after. He removed the old inefficient one and fitted the new one along with all the relevant pipework. He then replaced the old radiator in the bathroom with a new efficient one. Ben was tidy, cleaned up after himself, told us how things were going, and removed all the old appliances at the end.

  Toilet not flushing properly

  Ben was happy to come at a time that suited me. He was running late due to traffic but kept me informed. He assessed what was wrong, went and got the parts and fixed the flush. He checked I was happy with the work done. I would use Ben and his company again and recommend him to friends and family.
