  Very positive. Brendan communicated the process and what he was doing very clearly. He was able to find and fix a very tricky leak using his skill & experience and tell a story of why/how it likely happened. He was asking questions and checking pre and post job. Additionally was friendly.

  Called out on a Sunday after water started dripping from the kitchen ceiling. Brendan was with us in an hour, traced where the leak was coming from and had it fixed in no time. Brilliant service and a nice guy, I would recommend without hesitation.

  Highly skilled - complex shower renovation and leak repair

  Brendan and his apprentice Ozzy spent three days fixing a leak and renovating my shower. Three things stood out: Communication - Brendan explained all steps clearly and kept me updated every day. Quality of work - the shower renovation required re-tiling and adjusting the screen frame by 11mm. Brendan did this perfectly. Care - they cleaned thoroughly each day, leaving no trace of work. Brendan is highly experienced with strong analytical skills and proposes solutions to prevent future issues. I am very happy with the results and would recommend him especially for complex or recurring problem.

  Brendan called me shortly after I had posted my emergency plumbing issue. He arrived at the specified time and got to work straight away to locate the source of the leak - using very impressive technological kit - he fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable , professional and friendly. I would recommend him highly.

  Underfloor leak repair

  I was recommended to BMC Plumbing and Building services by my insurance company. Brendan arrived in time and conducted a very professional assessment on the leak that I had. It was under the floor in my kitchen but he pin pointed it so as to avoid huge damage to the floor. Once identified he repaired the leak and left the site clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.
