  Brendan was the third plumber I called for a stubborn leak, and he was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, his meticulous, science‑driven approach set him apart. He worked methodically with his equipment, ruling out every possibility until he pinpointed the issue. Once found, the fix was fast and flawless. I couldn’t recommend Brendan and BMc Plumbing more highly

  Toilet leak repair

  Persistent toilet leak was immediately diagnosed and rectified within an hour of Brendan arriving. Talked through the repair and offered the option to renew some of the older components of the toilet. Very friendly, calm and courteous.

  Bath re-sealing

  Brendan was initially instructed to reseal my bath, thinking failed sealant was the root cause on my leak. Within 2 minutes he diagnosed the root cause of the problem, a poorly installed bath (my handy work). He levelled the bath, and resealed the bath in a timely manner. Whilst speedy, he ensured no corners were cut, taking time to explain what he was doing and why. Brendan was also courteous, conversational and friendly too. A comprehensive and thorough job. Absolutely worth the money

  Excellent Plumbing Service

  Brendan assisted us with tracking and repairing a leak behind a shower wall. We were very impressed by the professional service provided and the rapid turnaround for fixing the leak. We would highly recommend BMc Plumbing and Building Services.

  Brendan provided excellent service from start to finish . He was very thorough , efficient and tidy. He took time to explain what was needed and made sure everything was done properly, with no corners cut . The leak detection proved to be an interesting puzzle but Brendan would not be defeated! He was always on time and very cheery too. I would definitely use his services again and would not hesitate to recommend .
