    Clean, professional and friendly

    Ben and Matt were very professional at all times. Work was carried out quickly without any mess. All materials packed away nightly. I am very pleased with my bathroom a little hiccup with the bath but Matt came to fix the issues within days and all is now well. Would highly recommend using BMC Homes and will have them return to do my en-suite when ready.

    Amazing ensuite!!!

    Absolutely delighted with my new ensuite! Ben and Matt were fantastic — so helpful, friendly, and professional. They did an immaculate job and left everything spotless.     Refurbishment of two bathroom Floors

    We are absolutely delighted with the work recently completed by Ben Collings at BMC Homes Limited. He did an outstanding job refurbishing our two bathroom tile floors. Uplifted the original tiles, prepared the subfloor and installed new tiles. The quality of his work is exceptional, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We will use him again for other projects and Highly recommend his services!

    New bathroom

    BMC Homes created and fitted our new bathroom in January this year. We are delighted with the finished bathroom which was reconfigured to fit two sinks (instead of one) , plus a bath and walk in shower. A cupboard which houses the boiler was removed (and a new boiler fitted in another area) which created a lot more space.

    New downstairs WC

    Ben and his team did a full renovation on our flat earlier in the year and we recently had him back to fit a small WC (in what was previously a cupboard!) downstairs in our house. Great job we're very pleased with it. New plumbing connected and a new link to the drain on the drive which I'm sure was more complicated than they made it look! Thanks again.

BMC Homes was started in 2006 by Ben Collings, a professional builder who has been working in the trade since 1998. Ben wanted to start a building company which was able to provide a friendly, expert service with high standards. We cover Surrey, Kent and London and are able to provide references, liability and employers insurance and also risk assessments.


We can help you with designing, planning and building, and we project manage the job from start to finish.
