  We feel very luck to have been recommended B.M. Building Service Constructor. We now have our dream home and Nik and his team made this possible for us. Nik communicated with us throughout the build and always had our best interests at heart. He understood that we were on a budget and so advised us accordingly. The team were great around our children and were always polite and courteous with our neighbours. They also finished the job early which is unheard of! We would recommend B.M. Building Service Constructor to anyone and we are looking forward to collaborate again with them.

  Renovation and Loft conversion

The team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skills, and attention to detail throughout the work. They ensured they filly understood the requirements and my vision and provided valuable insights to enhance the final outcome.   BM Building Service Contractors provided a quality, detailed and written quotation. They delivered what was agreed but were also flexible enough to make changes as the job progressed. The quality of the work was excellent and the completion date was as stated at the start of the job. I would definitely recommend BM Building Service Contractors for such a project.

  Didn't do any work for me - because they didn't even turn up to provide the quote!

  I made an appointment with the contractor to provide a quote, and arranged for my tenant to be home. They didn't even turn up, much to the annoyance of my tenant. And then didn't reply when I emailed to follow up.

  My phone was damaged at work and all my contacts were lost temporarily and I didn’t have a chance to get back to the customer in time.
