Bradley had to come back twice as my faulty water meter couldn't be isolated. I rang him as soon as Anglian water had finished fixing the isolation valve in the street and he moved things around to get back to us and got our water back on the very next day.

Bradley was very quick to respond to my enquiry and he turned up on time. He is a personable chap and very helpful. I had low pressure in my kitchen hot water tap and it wasn’t easy to pinpoint what was causing it. After making a significant improvement in under an hour, he offered alternative options he could come back and try if it deteriorated again. Can’t ask for more!
