Bradley responded quickly to my request and came out a few days later (non urgent) . He arrived on time and worked efficiently keeping us posted. He diagnosed the problem, explained what the issue was and fixed it. He tidied up afterwards and also had covering for his boots which was thoughtful. Bradley also explained the options for further work that is needed and will send a quote. very impressed.

Bradley removed a table/basin arrangement, re-routed the pipework, including drilling through a flint wall, installed a new pedestal basin and taps plus new bath taps and trap. All Bradley's work is at a high standard and he kept us informed throughout.

Bradley was business like and professional from the start. He made an assessment of the job arriving at the agreed time, submitted a quote and on agreement promptly offered some dates to complete. He arrived on time on the appointed day and worked quickly and competently overcoming some unexpected hitches in the process. His approach is thoughtful and skilled giving him an ability to identify potential problems in advance. On a personal level his manner is cheerful, approachable and confident which in turn creates confidence in the customer.

Bradley has done a few jobs for me. If you made a list of the qualities you would want from someone coming in your house to do work for you Bradley ticks all the boxes. Always punctual, polite, clean and tidy.
