  Damp Proofing & Installation of Fans

  Mark was a very friendly, thorough and knowledgable builder. From the point of giving us our initial quote, he was generous with his time and thorough in explanation and advice. Mark also employed the help of a very friendly and thorough electrician, also Mark, who completed the installation of our fans. All work was done to a good standard and always diligent about explaining what they have done, leaving no mess, etc.

  Mark and Lee were brilliant - they project managed the whole thing including finding a structural engineer, electrician and plasterer, and the quality of the job was really high. Thanks for all your help guys!

  Removing chimney breast & putting up stud wall

  Mark & Lee are absolute professionals & carried out the job to the highest standard. They were very knowledgeable & kept me fully upto date throughout, explaining everything as much as I needed. They went above & beyond to help me with a few extra bits whilst they were there. It was also useful that Mark had his own structural engineer so I didn’t need to coordinate that & it worked out cheaper. They kept everything as clean & tidy as they could & were always friendly & upbeat. Would definitely recommend as a company you can trust!

  Damp proofing and removal of load bearing wall

  Mark and Lee were absolutely exceptional from the outset in knocking through a load bearing wall and completing some damp proofing simultaneously. They showed up promptly, had a wealth of knowledge, were a pleasure to be around and the place was left spotless every evening. I couldn't recommend Bluewater enough - we will certainly be going with them again for future work.
