  Rotten joists uneven flooring

  We had a very stressful situation made completely better by Bluewater Design and Build from the quote to the finished job they were efficient and fast and did the most amazing job. on top of that Mark was so tidy I've never seen a tradesman so organised and tidy - there wasn't a spec of dust left when the job was finished and he worked tirelessly to get it finished for Easter would recommend him wholeheartedly and will use him again without hesitation

  Mark and team did an excellent job. Worked quickly and quietly around our young family and always kept the job clean and neat. Very reliable and clear communication explaining the work being done and fair with additional works.

  Damp Proofing and Fireplace Removal

  We experienced some rising damp along the front exterior wall of our 1930s semi and reached out to Bluewater for a remedy. We took advantage of the disruption to also remove an old chimney breast from the lounge and spare room above. All work was completed to a high standard and the team were fantastic. Communication was brilliant throughout and whenever unexpected things were uncovered (like rotten floor joists), Mark was happy to explain options and implications. When we added additional requests, Mark was very accommodating and was clear on the timelines which were met. Would recommend!

  Damp proofing

  Great communication all the way from start to finish. Outstanding work, & real knowledge of the work they do. We had damp proofing to two walls & a floor joist repair. Peace of mind for us as they are approved contractors and know what they are doing!

  Severe damp problem

  I had a bad problem with damp in a rental property, I tried mark and straight away he couldn't be more helpful come out and looked within 2 days and diagnosed the problem straight away and told me exactly what would need to be done. I had several other builders look and seem to guess the problem but mark had a clear solution and was reliable/ polite, I couldn't recommend enough and would definitely use again.
