I hadn't used Blue Wall IT services before. I was getting very frustrated at not being able to clear my print queue of one document, that was holding up my ability to print any other document. I saw an advert for this company and Richard called me back very quickly. He was patient and didn't make me feel like the dimwit I, myself was feeling. He talked me through each stage on my computer and cleared the print queue. Thank you very much Richard. Everything is working well. I recommend Richard and Blue Wall IT services to anyone reading this review.
