There was problem with blocked gutters, and moss on the roof, which would lead to further problems with the gutters. A quote was given quickly, and the work was arranged and completed. Everything was left super tidy, even though they had to work a lot later than originally anticipated. A potential problem with a flat roof was identified (considering the roof was 30-40 years old it was not a surprise) and a quote was given for that. Pictures were shown of the faults with the roof so it was not a 'made up' job. The flat roof has now been fixed, again very quickly.

Abdul responded promptly and came out provided a competitive quote to replace a new section of felt and battening. The team attended to do this and also noticed some cracked ridge tiles and fitted this at no extra cost as had materials at yard. Cleared extra rubbish which saved us a trip to dump. Very impressed would use again.

The team replaced damaged felt/replaced roof insulation and replaced damaged tiles plus generally ensured the roof was water tight. They were on time and did the work even in the rain. When experiencing difficulties getting replacement tiles Abdul went out of his way to source new ones and kept me updated throughout.
