New flashing needed. Identified some essential extra work that was needed on the day and proof provided with loads of photos. Agreed price for extra work and all done in about 6 hours at a very reasonable price. Loads of photos provided to show before and after. Cleared away all debris. Communication by email and phone great. Very happy with whole experience and looks like a good job done.

Things that went well... Friendly owner. Excellent on site work, with lots of attention to detail and really good end result. Team on site also friendly & thoughtful, really thinking about what was needed & making sure all was well. Things that went unexpectedly... A call on the dark Sunday evening, from a team member elsewhere, who demanded we pay their invoice instantly, before we'd even had a chance to visually inspect the work that had been completed by the excellent onsite team. Banks don't open on a Sunday. We paid very promptly after inspection, when light next day.
