I've used this firm for several years and they have always done a good job. It was nice to see the same, very efficient workman as last year. Although there were a few changes to the appointment time, I was kept well informed and it was not a problem for me.

Service easy to book and well priced. On the day, I was contacted to confirm the arrival time. Work carried out cleanly and efficiently by a friendly and knowledgeable chap. Very happy customer - many thanks.

Tradesman was pleasant and had a professional maner, arriving on time. Gutter repair completed using spare part but didnt replace downpipe as discussed on phone. Was told this would be higher labour cost and 3m pipe was not on van. Gutter clean was good but did not include downpipes. Again was told this was additional service which was disappointing because downpipe is part of gutter system. Both gutter repair and clean service was completed in an hour. I used web form but then called and spoke to Gary about the job. I would have preferred better communication and information available
