We are Blue Shield a family run local business with a firm emphasis on providing fairly priced work that is backed by our no quibble guarantee.

We are lucky to count the following as long term ongoing customer, The MOD, The Bell group, Vivid housing, Ian Williams and Poole housing partnership to name but a few and we now have a dedicated domestic team who can provide our high quality cleaning techniques to your home.

As we work with some very large customers, we only use the most efficient cleaning techniques. What this means to you is that we can clean quickly keeping time costs down to a minimum, we have had plenty of time to perfect our methods and are really very good at it.

Our whole ethos is that the cleaning is a secondary function, our first goal is to protect the surface we are working on, the by product is that the surface undergoes a top notch clean.

One thing as a customer you need to understand is that you are asking us to clean your building because it looks unsightly-we see it differently, your building is being eaten by the dirt and while I don't mean that one day soon it will fall down or anything like that, what I do mean is that the unsightly lines and diverts you can see now will become irreversible and you will need to have them patched in, which cost a lot and only lasts a short time.

We are so sure of ourselves that all our work comes with a 1-year minimum guarantee with some works carrying up to 5 years. For instance if you are looking for a render clean our protection system lasts 5 years as such we guarantee that if you should get regrowth within that time we will come back and retreat that area again free of charge.

We offer also ongoing service packages where by we can totally manage the outside of your home to include windows/upvc/guttering and render cleaning.

· Roof cleaning (scrape only) 1 years guarantee

· Roof cleaning (chemical clean) 5 years guarantee

· Render cleaning 3 years guarantee

· Brick/patio/painted pebble dash 1 year guarantee

· Non painted pebble dash 3 year guarantee

· Upvc washdown 1 year guarantee against green regrowth only

Gutter emptying (this we cannot guarantee for any length of time we’re sorry, however if you have no moss on the roof and are not next to trees we expect you to only need a 2 or 3 year empty, this time span will decrease depending on wildlife/trees and moss levels)

· Gutter repairs 3 years guarantee (this includes access equipment)

· Tile replacement 10-year guarantee (this includes access equipment)

Not only do we guarantee our work but we also know your time is money and therefore if we for some reason cannot make our first appointment within the agreed time slot we pay you £25.00 as a sorry. We do know how annoying it is to take time off work to let people into your home or how inconvenient it is to not be able to go out, we believe this should hit us in the pocket not you. (This has been a great deterrent, we haven't had to pay out yet!)

Your dedicated domestic team has been DBS check and has first aid at work plus has been trained on risk assessments so you can rest assured he is competent to be left working on your property.

COVID 19 - All of our operatives wear 3 layered masks, surgical gloves and use hand sanitiser. As we are part of the construction industry we are thankfully able to continue working through this lock down period, We have furthermore taken the precaution having our team members tested via Bupa to ensure we have not had or do not have the coronavirus and while this is only correct at the time of test should the lockdown continue we will have this test carried out once a month to ensure we do not pass anything on.

On a final note we do not ask for any deposit on works below £1000 in value (anything above we ask for a 10% deposit) and our teams will never ask for payment so other than "hello" at the start of works and a "thanks and goodbye" at the end you really shouldn't have a need for contact if you do not wish to.
