Have used Jonathan for the last ten years for many projects. Started with large extension on our house, and used most years for smaller projects from roof repairs, altering layouts of house. Rendering, painting. Bathroom work. All have been done on time and budget. Jon is a trustworthy, very skilled builder who keeps you in the loop with progress, and keeps an eye on budget. So good to have a reliable builder who can turn their hand to so many facets of the building game. Would Highly recommend.

Jon has just finished fully decorating my lounge including replacing a fireplace and removing old pipes and it is superb. This is the third time I have asked Jon to work on my property and would not trust anyone else. Thank you Jon

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail from Jonathan at Blueprint Building Services who worked very hard and provided clear communication throughout the project. Very knowlegable on all aspects of buiding and steered us through the many decisions required in our full kitchen refit. Very pleased with the finished kitchen. This is the second project Jonathan has completed for us.

Jonathan from Blueprint building Services recently took up my old tiled floor and replaced in with Vinyl board flooring. The work was carried out during the specified timescale. Jonathan was efficent with a eye for detail. I would not hesitate to recommend the Companty The price was competitive. My flooring looks Good.

Jonathan did a fantastic job of replacing the flooring in our outbuilding and sorting out the wall. He also added a new door and added some guttering at the last minute. It is now the nicest room in the house! We would not hesitate to recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for building work and we will certainly use him for future building projects.
