Ben visited for consultation and quote, A really nice guy, discussed what system to install and a quote was given. A very reasonable quote. Great communication over the next few days to arrange insulation. I needed to cancel at short notice and they were very understanding and arranged for following day. Garry and Des were my fitters. Again, lovely guys. Contacted on the day with time schedule ect. Arrived, fitted the system with no hassle to me at all, so neat and tidy. Hardly knew they were here. Showed me the system and how to work it along with the app. Highly recommend

Orange light came on after we’d changed broadband providers. No way of resetting via the app, so called Ben and he had one of his guys knocking at our door within 10mins. Been using Ben and Bluelight for years now. Very capable and pleasant workforce. Nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend

Second time I have contacted Bluelight S.S. and although late evening immediate response. The fault was diagnosed over the phone and rectified immediately. Ben was very professional and clear in his instructions so I was able to resolve the problem.

Bluelight (Ben) attended site and advised of of the best system to replace the existing. He suggested a couple of improvements which were not overly expensive. The quotation we received had these listed clearly and at no time were we pushed into spending more than we needed to. The system was installed at a time convenient to us and the work was completed quickly. The Bluelight team cleaned up and left our house as they had found it. The operation of the alarm was explained clearly and Ben did not leave us until we were happy we could use it. We thoroughly recommend the Blue Light Team.
