The Blue Light Team were very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Their work was followed up by a comprehensive report, and before and after photos. They also advised on the further action required where a downpipe is blocked underground which will require specialist drainage company. I had been very concerned about this particular downpipe so it was a relief to find out the cause of the blockage, and be advised as to what action I needed to take.

On the day, the service was punctual, courteous, and they did a very thorough job. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Blue Light removed moss from the roof of our cottage and cleaned the exterior render. They were prompt and friendly when responding to our first enquiry and throughout the work. An experienced and informed representative visited to inspect, prior to quoting. The work was swiftly scheduled to our mutual convenience and carried out, as recommended by Blue Light, over five days. The two operatives were friendly, informative and efficient and completed both tasks as planned. We were kept well-informed throughout. The results were spectacularly good and charges were as quoted.
