We had lost heating and hot water that would fix itself and break again. Andy was incredibly punctual and helpful with our issues. We ended up getting a service and thermostat replacement and we have had no issues at all since. Thank you so much Andy for coming out so quickly and easing our minds about the problems we had. We will definitely be using him again.

The boiler was serviced and faulty parts replaced. The engineer was efficient and thorough. He was friendly and polite and left no mess behind. I have booked him for another service next year.
