I have had my boiler serviced by these guys every year since I bought it. They always do a good job. I have had no problems with it. I trust them to have my best interest at heart. They do not try to upsell, in fact they have often told me when it is not worth buying or fixing something. Their have kept their prices reasonable too. 100% trust these guys.

Contacted Blue Flame regarding our heating not working, the lady I spoke to was really helpful and booked us in. On the day Connor came and very quickly diagnosed the issue and said he’d sort out a quote, which he did. The quote was very reasonable and the repair was booked in. Connor came at the time and day specified and fixed the problem, and our heating is now working better than ever. Connor was also able to advise us on the best way to use the system to get the best from it. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, we will definitely use Blue Flame Services again.

Easy and friendly service - don’t know much about anything but felt comfortable and seemed as though everything was done well
