Excellent service! The engineer identified the fault with my boiler very quickly and replaced the faulty part in no time. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and my heating was back up and running the same day. Really impressed with their speed and expertise – highly recommend this company!

An appointment was booked to service the boiler, they cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the appointment, I received the notification the morning of the appointment. The message stated they would reschedule, I messaged to reschedule and have not received any response!

The plumber from Blue Flame came to service and clean my gas boiler, and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. He was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
