We had a plumber come and install a new shower as well as a water softener and water filter for the whole house. I don't have a bad word to say. He was punctual, professional and did a really nice job as well as being a very pleasant guy. The work was carried out perfectly and he tidied up after himself leaving everything spotless. He even brought his own teabags!! We'll be using this plumber again.

An appointment was booked to service the boiler, they cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the appointment, I received the notification the morning of the appointment. The message stated they would reschedule, I messaged to reschedule and have not received any response!
