An appointment was booked to service the boiler, they cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the appointment, I received the notification the morning of the appointment. The message stated they would reschedule, I messaged to reschedule and have not received any response!

Very fast respond and quick fix

The plumber from Blue Flame came to service and clean my gas boiler, and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. He was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The cleaning was outstanding, and he ensured the system was running more efficiently than before. I appreciated how tidy he left the area and how he took the time to answer all my questions. Radek did an excellent job relocating the main water valve and redirecting the gas pipe in our home. He worked with great precision and professionalism. Highly recommended!

The engineer communicated throughout and was prompt to get the job done. Went through and checked the appliance, also checking the boiler. Everything was carried out professionally and was left with a certificate of the work/checks. Would recommend to other people👍🏻
