I could not recommend Stuart from Blue Flame enough, 100% efficient, professional and friendly. Excellent communication from start to finish. I wish more tradesman were like this company .....10/10. Thank you

Due to the good reviews on Stewart’s page I thought I was in good hands, Stewart came round promptly to flush the heating system. Unfortunately after he left I was still having problems with getting hot water out of the boiler, the warranty engineer came out and informed me that there was still loads of build up and sludge in the system and it had damage the boiler and would not replace the parts needed as it wasn’t covered. I have now had to replace the boiler and had a second engineer inform me that there central heating system was not flushed properly and paid to have done again.

Professional, friendly and thorough.

Stuart unblocked our sink which he said was severely blocked and one of the worst blockages he had ever seen. he also fixed some wear and tear on the pipes that other plumbers hadn't noticed.

Stuart was incredibly responsive when contacted about the job, and was able to fit us in quickly, which was appreciated as mum was in and out of hospital so heading the heading fixed quickly was very important to us. He went to and down the house repeatedly to provide an accurate quote, and on the day the work was to be completed he told us some actions weren’t needed in the end. This saved us a good bit of money, which we really appreciated too! Very friendly, and a pleasure to talk to too, but kept working as he did!

Brilliant service! After struggling without proper heating and hot water for ages, Stuart came and flushed our system – now everything is working perfectly. Professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. Highly recommend!
