I had no hot water and called Blue Flame. From the get go they were so professional on the phone and I knew from how they cared immediately they were the company for me. An engineer turned up within 2 hours and quickly diagnosed the fault and repaired it. I cannot recommend this company enough and wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Its so refreshing finding a company where you feel completely safe and confident in their hands.
