Our experience with Joseph was excellent from the first meeting. We have had other quotes where we were asked to send pictures but Joseph came in person and talked us through our options and sent breakdowns. He responded quickly to messages and the work was scheduled and completed as planned. He kept us informed throughout and worked with our schedule when we weren't able to stay the duration of the work. Very polite and approachable. We will definitely be contacting in the new year when we add a porch to our house.

Joe and his team are friendly & reliable, they did a great job, replacing the roof and windows , they clean up after themselves , really pleased with the work done, would definitely contact blue castle home improvement for any future work that I may need , highly recommend them.
