Boiler broke down on Boxing day, Plummer came on 27th, assessed the problem, got it going and returned the following day with replacement parts. No problems since.

Dedicated and honest staff who genuinely care about the wellbeing of their clients, their homes and their families, even working on a late call out with minimal noise so as not to disturb the kids who are asleep in the room Nextdoor. Trust can be hard to find in the trades, we’ve found it with Bluebird. Highest quality service. Thanks Bluebird for keeping this family warm in this cold winter.

Andy, the engineer was excellent in identifying the problem immediately and organising getting the relevant parts. Came back the next day and sorted the boiler out. Very grateful to him and the company.
