After reading very good reviews on a local resident page I messaged Lewis and had a very quick reply. He came the following morning to assess the situation, left me with a secured door whilst waiting for parts which were delivered the following day. True to his word as soon as the parts were delivered he called me and came and completed the job.. Lewis is very knowledgeable, is a lovely friendly person and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

My son is autistic and able to escape the house despite my efforts with additional locks. I had a secondary key lock on my door but the installation of it initially was terrible and I was never able to use it. Within an hour Lewis had visited my home, assessed the situation, advised on what he can do to resolve my problem, and made the necessary amendments so my door was secure and my son now safe. He also made sure my main key lock was in good working order (which is wasn't when he looked) and helped ease the front door from sticking. A cracking job. Thank you Lewis
