Ben has done a fantastic job in maintaining many hedges in my Malvern garden. He is hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. BLS provide us with fortnightly grounds maintenance services throughout the season (mowing, hedge cutting etc.) and are very reliable. We found their prices to be very competitive and they provide an all round excellent service. Importantly, they are friendly, good communicators and are flexible, (willing to take on other tasks when mowing isn’t required). Ben has been cutting our lawn for about a year now and we have always been very happy with the work he’s completed. His communication is great, always confirming with us our next cut will be and whether we still want to go ahead when the weather has changed. He’s really reliable and flexible and he’s even let us know when he hasn’t personally been able to do the job and asked if he can arrange for someone else to do it meaning we never miss a service.
