Renovation of downstairs cloak room. Required tiling, new plumbing and fittings including chasing waste pipes into wall for seemless finish. Fantastic work by the team which was executed with zero wastage of tiles. Installation of new boiler in new location and Megaflop system. The work required regressing the existing sewer pipe into the wall to allow space for the boiler. Edmond and team were fantastic in the swift installation which required a triage of works from building, plastering and prepping the wall frame, installing electrics and plumbing to install within a day. They overcame several obstacles along the way with Edmonds quick and creative thinking keeping in mind reg compliance throughout.
