New support required for a heavier hot-water cylinder. Ben did a great job with this. He took the time upfront to assess the task, and clearly laid out the approach he would take. He took into account the current layout, and made better use of available supports already in place. And he scheduled his work to fit with the plumbers, between cylinder removal and reinstallation, which made organising the project a whole lot easier for me. Absolutely could not have asked for a better result. I'd recommend BLR.

Ben was always super helpful and honest with his advice, his communication was very helpful as he answered numerous questions to help me understand the process. His experience within the building trade was an asset with advice, decision making and contacts. He values the clients views and really wanted to make sure I was happy with the end product. We had a 4.5m extension with a 7.5m opening and a large patio with a retaining wall. Ben’s work is top Quality and all his tradesmen arevery professional. The photos speak for themselves. We are both very happy with our new space.
