Kieron was friendly, efficient and explained clearly about the work being undertaken. was very pleased with the result of our carpet cleaning much better than I was expecting given the age of the carpet.

I was given an estimate that I thought reasonable over The phone. I accepted and a date was arranged. I was sent a confirmation . The representative came as arranged and did the work carefully and efficiently and provided a card reader for payment. I was delighted with the results

Booked in advance as they were busy, always a good sign! The guy who turned up was amazingly helpful, went above and beyond, cleaning an additional item for a very small fee, he was so friendly and was happy to share knowledge. Really happy with this company and will 100% be using them again.
