Had Blockbusters come out a few times for some blocked drains via my housing association and had them do a search of the drains. Lovely staff on the phones, the people who’ve come to the jobs have always been lovely and nice to chat to, always get the job done well and quickly.

Blocked drain late at night, called Blockbusters and arranged a visit from one of their team for the next morning (declined offer of emergency immediate call-out, though that was appreciated). Sam arrived about 10am, and diagnosed and explained the problem clearly and sorted it out quickly, efficiently and courteously

Professional, polite, flexible. Did a great job. Sent a guy round first (for free) which helped my understand the job and the costs. The person who did the work did a great job and was tidy.

The lovely Colin, was so friendly and helpful, explained exactly what he was doing and sorted the problem really quickly 😊

Absolutely delighted with the service today (Easter Sunday!). Blocked kitchen sink, made a call to book for appointment and plumber turned up within the hour. Courteous, polite, efficient and enthusiastic - we didn't get his name but his initials are KHS. This guy is an absolute asset to your company, it's rare to come across a young lad who is so great at his job and clearly loves it! Would highly recommend - thanks so much!

Blockbusters came to my rescue on a Saturday afternoon after another company treated me badly by not turning up for an emergency call. The Blockbusters call handler was helpful and understanding. The engineer arrived within 2 hours and cleared the blockage in 20 mins. He was friendly, professional and reassuring, as I was pretty stressed by the situation. Half the price of the other company. Highly recommend.
