I had a few jobs around the house that needed completing. Initially we had a good working relationship but when I expressed concerns and issues with the carpet installation I was met with rudeness.
My carpet was not installed properly, it was cut into too many pieces, I asked for them to fix it and was offered a refund of £30. They ended up refunding me £150, half of the install cost. But not for the cost of the carpet as it can’t be used. Not once did they accept their fault. 6 months later and the carpet has completely unravelled and they are blaming it on wear and tear.
