Great experience with Blitz Construction; good communication before the callout meant all the parts were ready to go, the guys knew what to do and got it done without any fuss.

I had a few jobs around the house that needed completing. Initially we had a good working relationship but when I expressed concerns and issues with the carpet installation I was met with rudeness. My carpet was not installed properly, it was cut into too many pieces, I asked for them to fix it and was offered a refund of £30. They ended up refunding me £150, half of the install cost. But not for the cost of the carpet as it can’t be used. Not once did they accept their fault. 6 months later and the carpet has completely unravelled and they are blaming it on wear and tear. The dual fuel towel radiator review was mine, and true to my word I used Blitz again because in my initial engagement with them I could see that Huseyin was honest and wanted to deliver the best outcome for his clients. I trusted in that and brought Huseyin and the Blitz team in to essentially rectify the poor workmanship of a previous contractor at my property. Blitz did a great job, went above and beyond and not only did what was asked but offered their advice and expertise to find the right solution. 10/10, if you want a job done properly and with care, look no further.

I would definitely recommend Blitz. Huseyin went above and beyond to get the job done, even when it turned out to be a much bigger job than initially thought. Communication was mostly great, just one point at which the communication could have been better, but I will still definitely use Blitz again.
