I was lucky enough to buy all my blinds from Blind Technique for my new house 7 years ago and they were amazing. This week I broke one of my blinds, called today and spoke to a polite, professional and lovely man called Mark and his assistant Elaine. They made sure they could fit me in today, fixed my blind, add extras for free and it is back in my house working this afternoon! Just outstanding workmanship but also kindness and attention to detail from all, I was kept up to date all the way through the process of the fix but also fixing broken handles was just that extra mile they go!

They went the extra mile to secure my business and thry were so worth it. I wanted to match my bifold and window frames which are neither anthracite, nor white nor black. They perfectly match, which is something not even the biggest blinds companies out there could do, or were willing to go the extra mile.Adam,particularly was attentive and super professional with all my questions and Alex clearly knew his job as an installer. He was neat and meticulous. Evidently, it pays to shop around. I went through LOTS of companies for quotes/options. The big companies have a lot to learn from these guys

Blind technique have very good customer service. Mark and Jay promptly came to fix a chain on one of kitchen blinds as it was difficult to access. It is little touches likes this that makes all the difference and I like to support local business.
