They went the extra mile to secure my business and thry were so worth it. I wanted to match my bifold and window frames which are neither anthracite, nor white nor black. They perfectly match, which is something not even the biggest blinds companies out there could do, or were willing to go the extra mile.Adam,particularly was attentive and super professional with all my questions and Alex clearly knew his job as an installer. He was neat and meticulous. Evidently, it pays to shop around. I went through LOTS of companies for quotes/options. The big companies have a lot to learn from these guys

Blind technique have very good customer service. Mark and Jay promptly came to fix a chain on one of kitchen blinds as it was difficult to access. It is little touches likes this that makes all the difference and I like to support local business.

We have had a really good experience with this company. From the beginning Aaron the salesman was very helpful & gave advice on type of shutters would be suitable for us. There was no pressure to buy & we called a few days after his visit to order. Alan visited shortly after to do a survey & he also fitted the shutters. His work was excellent, very professional with minimal disruption. He tidied up after himself & removed all the packaging. Great local company providing blinds and shutters. From Adam as sales person, to Alan for survey and fitting, to the support team in the office, it was a smooth process. As well as providing new shutters for my living room, they repaired a roman blind in one of the bedrooms. Highly recommended.
