I've always found blindscape to be very professional. Have ordered blinds and shutters from them for years. Had a kitchen blind replaced which didn't take much time at all to fit. The fitter (Ben) was very professional and friendly. The whole process from ordering to fitting was smooth and easy. Can highly recommend.

We decided to use them as they are local - on visiting the showroom we were treated well and were given a full explanation on what we could expect for various blind designs . The estimator was on time and very efficient Communications were good and the fitter arrived within the timeframe window and carried out the work with no mess and was polite and helpful

Very professional and efficient service. Provided a quote and timescale for some shutters and blind which they kept to and even did a repair on some existing Roman blinds for a nominal cost. Shutters are fantastic.

After visiting their showroom in hope of getting an existing blind repaired, agreed to a new blind as the previous one was over 20 years old. The appointment to measure was almost immediate and the representative was on time and courteous. However, I never got confirmation of the order. The fitting of the blind was carried out very efficiently. It was carries out a day later than planned due to staff sickness but I was advised early on that day by phone.
