After visiting their showroom in hope of getting an existing blind repaired, agreed to a new blind as the previous one was over 20 years old. The appointment to measure was almost immediate and the representative was on time and courteous. However, I never got confirmation of the order. The fitting of the blind was carried out very efficiently. It was carries out a day later than planned due to staff sickness but I was advised early on that day by phone.

The survey was quite a long time ago, but they had kept my details. Manager was courteous & helpful. Everything was prompt - requested fabric samples, confirmation, appt for fitter. Fitter Mark arrived on time, completed the job with no fuss, explained that bottom of blind was close to skirting board & offered options. Happy to recommend!
