Good comms and reliability for estimate and installation date. Had a bit of a wobble when the fitter asked me to be there an hour earlier the day before the installation and then tried to cancel when they were an hour late. Fortthe office were able to find another fitter when I kicked up a fuss and he did a great job.’

We decided to use them as they are local - on visiting the showroom we were treated well and were given a full explanation on what we could expect for various blind designs . The estimator was on time and very efficient Communications were good and the fitter arrived within the timeframe window and carried out the work with no mess and was polite and helpful
