  Jack got in touch very quickly and was round to quote. His pricing was very reasonable compared to others. He gave us some advice around the work we wanted. Was in frequent communication, always answering our questions. Completed the work to a high standard and has visited again since for a follow up. Very happy with him and his work, which we will use again!

  Shower base leaking

  We had a leak under the shower base. It was hard to find out where the point of leakage was. Jack explored every possible cause professionally and sorted it out finally. He was professional and friendly throughout the job and I would absolutely recommend him.

  Horrid ringing noise no more!

  Taps were making a horrid noise which was driving me crazy. After no response from several other plumbers on Checkatrade, Jack replied promptly and we arranged a visit date. He had to push it back due to vehicle issues through no fault of his own but made sure to let me know and we got another date in as soon as he was up and running again. He was polite and friendly, and patiently listened to my pipe noise issues, quickly explaining providing a solution. So pleased there is no more awful noise, thanks Jack. I will definitely call on Bleuwave in future with any other plumbing issues.

  New shower screen had to be installed because one of the glass doors of the old one broke.

  I spent months trying to find out someone to carry out the repair. I got ghosted multiple times. Finally, Bleuwave contacted me and carried out the repair, including helping with finding a tiler when a few tiles broke while removing the old shower screen. I am very grateful to them and I would definitely recommend them!

  Repair of leak under bath

  We had a leak under a free standing bath which was extremely awkward to get to. Jack sorted it all out for us over a couple of visits. He was professional and friendly throughout the job and I would absolutely recommend him.
