  Retaining Brick Wall

  We had a retaining brick wall built at the bottom of our drive. Blend constructions were very hard working and reliable. We were happy with the final work and will use them again for future projects. Highly recommend.

  Double back double side and single side extention

  The very best experience, always greeted with a smile on site even when it’s minus degrees and nothing is ever too much to ask. If there’s a way of getting things done these guys will make it happen, even if you do decide to change the bathroom layout over 20 times! They’ve talked me through every single stage to make sure that Im totally happy with each choice. Approachable, reliable, friendly, professional and thorough!

  Construct new outbuilding

  The team did a great job. Friendly, trustworthy and hardworking. Everything was completed as I asked including some minor changes I requested during construction. I will definitely use Blends Construction again and would recommend them for all building work.

  Rear extension and major structural works

  We had Blends back for a third project, this was another extension on our new property. The team was hard working as always, polite and punctual. The structural works were very complicated but Stephen and the team delivered a great finish along with the internals finishing of the kitchen, flooring and woodwork all done to a very high standard. We had comparable quotes from 4 other building companies. Blends quote was very competitive and the contract detailed so all parties had a full understanding of the agreed works.   Conservatory to solid room

  Stephen, Ian and their crew turned our unusable conservatory into a fantastic dinning room, with solid roof and beautiful bifold doors. Throughout the build we were informed of the progress, and kept up-to date with next steps. The finish and attention to details is fantastic.

  Structural Alterations

  Stephen and the crew at Blends Construction undertook the removal of 3 internal walls. Followed by installation of structural steels. Cannot fault Stephen with his approach to the building work. He was a tidy as you can be considering the nature of the project. Worked methodically to reduce the disruption. Even with set backs (due to the age of the building & a very particular building inspector), Stephen was always honest about his approach and was forth coming with any change in price due to the additional work. Should we need any other work in the future would hire again.
