  Wonderful garden transformation

  We are absolutely thrilled with our garden. MJ’s professionalism was clear from the start; he listened to our ideas and offered excellent suggestions that improved the design. The project was completed efficiently, on schedule, and with impeccable workmanship. MJ was a pleasure to have around—always friendly, approachable, and positive. Communication was seamless, and he was patient and accommodating with all our requests. His passion for his work and dedication to client satisfaction are truly commendable, and he was even wonderful with our dog. We couldn't be happier with the result.

  Double story extension

  We recently completed a double story extension with Blake Homes, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professionally managed. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the finished extension has really transformed our home. MJ, the builder ,was communicative, reliable, and respectful. We are so pleased with the end result and will be using the company again for any future work. Would highly recommend!

  Roof repair and guttering renewal

  Very kind and not interested in making a fast buck! on a complicated old house with no soffit boards he replaced and balanced guttering and removed unwanted downpipes to water butts. Repaired some flashing and roof tiles whilst there.

  House extension

  Being pregnant and with a toddler at home while having a house extension done was not easy however MJ made it more bearable. Ensure that me and my husband were aware of what was going on all the time and even spend his time trying to include my toddler on the works (showing her how things work and even let her paint the walls with him).
