  Garage conversion and bathroom refit

  This was the second time we had Blakebuild to do work for us and once again they were a pleasure to work with. They were able to fit in our job to work around our timeframes, were punctual, communicated well throughout and kept us consulted on any decision points throughout the work. Work was completed to a great standard as before and they have been quick to respond to and resolve any snagging. Would highly recommend.

  Superb and highly recommended!

  Blakebuild transformed our house with a first floor extension, pitched roof, new staircase, 2 new bathrooms, plus internal decor. They were fantastic from start to finish. Communication and responsiveness was superb, nothing was too much trouble. They never brought problems, only solutions. They provided a clear cost and time breakdown in advance which they stuck to, 100%. Their project management was great and either Reece or Chris Blake were on site every single day. Everything left clean and tidy. The build surpassed our expectations and it has created our dream home. Thank you Blakebuild!

  Build extension & fit a new kitchen.

  I recently had an extension built and a new kitchen fitted by Blakebuild and couldn’t be happier with the results. The project was handled with professionalism, skill, and exceptional attention to detail, delivering outstanding quality throughout. Blakebuild completed the work on time, within budget, and maintained excellent communication from start to finish.   Ground floor extension and internal reconfiguration

  We couldn’t be happier with the finished works, transforming our downstairs into a large family living space. From our first meeting with Reece, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional as well as patient and accommodating throughout the project with any additions or amendments we wanted or needed to make. Nothing was ever a problem and no large unexpected costs thrown on us. The entire Blake build team were a pleasure to have around, they were tidy, friendly and helpful in every aspect. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any building works!

  Ground floor rear extension, first floor bathroom refit and garage conversion

  Blakebuild have been fantastic throughout, we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Reece, Chris and all the team were very professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish. Reece set realistic timelines for the project and kept us updated all the way through of how things were progressing and when decisions needed to be made. He managed the entire project and gave us lots of recommendations about the layout, design and planning which were hugely helpful. Everything was left tidy each day and they were mindful of our small children. We LOVE our new space, thanks so much Blakebuild!

  Rear double gable extension

  Blakebuild Ltd. Are a competent and trustworthy company. Reece communicated regularly and he and his team were friendly and helpful. Our building work included a double gable rear extension to our 170yr property which Blakebuild attached seamlessly. Unknown factors included a new sewer and modified foundations as requested by our Water company. Reece kept to his original quotation all the way through the build. Any additional work requested by us or due to unknown factors was very reasonably priced. Attention to detail and finish are excellent. The end result is superb and we are very pleased.
