I got an air to air heat pump AC unit for my garage which was previously converted into an office, works great. Super efficient A+++ heating during winter, cooling during summer. I can highly recommend Blackwood heating, Steve fitted an Air Source Heat Pump in the Lady Chapel at church and we are extremely pleased with both the work and the actual pump itself. I found Steve to be extremely patient and helpful during the whole process which took over a year from initial contact to actual installation of the pump. We are pensioners who have been without hot water for a few days and have been feeling vulnerable, having been let down by another company. Stephen’s communication was excellent and he arrived exactly as scheduled this morning. The issue was identified and resolved quickly. He knows his stuff and we have booked him to come back to service our air source heat pump next month (our neighbour has also booked this company today for her ASHP to be serviced !).
