We have an old house so any work requires a bit of investigation and problem solving to find a solution. Nathan was great, patient with us (and all of our questions) and figured out how to get the work done. We now have a new radiator in the spare room, and he's repiped the hot water to the bathroom all for a very reasonable price. lovely work, and a thoroughly nice guy.

Nathan got back to me and booked in my job within a few days of me posting the job, and was very accommodating around my availability Gave me an hour slot of arrival, which was stuck to Was friendly and polite, kept me updated on what he was doing whenever he needed to pop out to his van or to get parts Also gave me advice around boiler servicing, and an estimate on another job I was done later Quote was kept to, no surprise costs Really happy with the work done and overall, no issues at all, would highly recommend!

Nathan was quick to respond, give a quote, and to book in an appointment (within a week of me posting the job, I believe). Gave me an hour slot for arrival, which he stuck to. He was polite and friendly, got straight to work, and kept me updated on what he was doing when he needed to pop in and out of the property. Work was entirely complete within a few hours, and this included him checking the boiler and radiator were both working properly afterwards, and cleaning up after himself.
