Another year, another routine boiler service carried out by Blackwell. Never have any issues with these guys. The team in the office were able to accommodate my appointment to enable me to do the school drop off. The engineer (Alix) arrived on time, he was very polite and professional. Explained everything he had done during the service, tidied away any mess and went above and beyond. Will use again next year.

Andy came to give us two good quotes, he answered our questions and was very knowledgable. Kev came to fit the system and was again very knowledgable and explained everything to us, keeping us up to date on what was happening and just being a very pleasant person! The system they installed does exactly what we asked for and what was promised by Andy. Would highly reccomended Blackwell’s and will be using them in the future.

Highly recommend and fully explained everything to me and went above and beyond, lads who came were very respectfully and even cleaned up and they done more than what was asked of them.

Had to contact Blackwell when none of my radiators were working following the recent cold snap.Saffron attended, quickly diagnosed the problem explained it to me and had to obtain a replacement part.She had all my radiators working very soon, was quick and efficient and I was very pleased with the work
