Highly recommend and fully explained everything to me and went above and beyond, lads who came were very respectfully and even cleaned up and they done more than what was asked of them.

Had to contact Blackwell when none of my radiators were working following the recent cold snap.Saffron attended, quickly diagnosed the problem explained it to me and had to obtain a replacement part.She had all my radiators working very soon, was quick and efficient and I was very pleased with the work

I got a quick response with a very helpful engineer to help with my gas boiler leak. It's not completely fixed yet but the engineer has left us with heating, running water and is due back to carry out the rest of my repairs. Thanks for help folks
