  Simply can't fault Blackpool Boiler Installations for their arrangements from initial contact, inspection for a quote, and work carried out so efficiently. All agreed appoint times were attended promptly and Installation was very efficient leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards... I can now turn my stopcock off at the flick of a switch. They carried out diagnostic checks on my Ideal Logic Combi 30 boiler and confirmed that power was reaching the PCB, helping to narrow down the cause of the fault. The findings and available options were explained clearly, including potential repair and replacement routes. Overall, a helpful visit that provided a better understanding of the issue and the next steps available.

  First class from start to finish

  Great business, can see why they have such a high rating on Checkatrade. I had the team come install a radiator on a garage conversion, service my boiler and cap off a gas fire. Nicely priced, fast comms and turned up as planned. There were reminder notifications of the appointment and a nice little tracker to see where my engineer was. Turned up on time, carried out the work and answered any questions. Made sure I was happy with everything. Couldn't fault, would definitely recommend.
