Regardless of the issue at hand, I have always had a great experience and his approach has been consistent - timeliness, high standard of work, personable, knowledgeable, transparent, takes the time to explain issues and remediation steps, whilst offering good economic value. The most recent work completed was a new replacement of my faulty boiler and hot water cylinder.
