My heating system failed in the week before Christmas. I called Blackdown heating who came out the same day. Kenny found the fault in the unfamiliar (to him) heat pump system and had it all working again quickly. No fuss and no mess. I will use Blackdown heating from now on and no one else.

Air source heat pump supplied and fitted in a professional efficient manor. Competitively priced with no hidden charges. Time frame from initial enquiry to completed installation was spot on.

They were prompt in booking in and completing the job. They arrived on time and work was completed in a thorough and timely manner.

I had only just posted my request on Checkatrade when I had a call from them. Impressed by their prompt response and a reasonable quote (and a check on their web page) I gave them the job. They arrived as planned a couple of days later and carried out an oil fired boiler service on our 20 year old boiler in about 90 minutes and also gave us some free advice on the workings of our complex system! They discovered that several parts required replacing, not least the main boiler pump, and I am currently considering their quote for these jobs. I must give them 5 stars for what thery have done.
