    Efficient and Helpful.

    Chris was very quick with all contact and queries were answered very promptly. Martin came to do the boiler service and he was very lovely and thorough. When the invoice came through, I had a query and Chris resolved this very quickly and efficiently. I am very grateful that both Chris and Martin were so helpful.

    Oil fired boiler service

    Having never had an oil fired boiler I did not know what to expect. He clearly knew what he was doing as it took him nearly two hours and he stripped it right down. When he was done he kindly took the time to answer all of my questions about underfloor heating which was extremely helpful! We would happily have him back and also recommend that you do as well!!!!!

    Excellent service.

    Chris from Blackdown Heating got in touch almost immediately and attended site the very next morning. He fixed the issue and serviced the system while he was here. He was polite, professional and tidy. He carried out the work to a very high standard and for a good price. I would highly recommend and I would use Blackdown again in the future.

    Heat pump repaired quickly and knowledgeably.

    My heating system failed in the week before Christmas. I called Blackdown heating who came out the same day. Kenny found the fault in the unfamiliar (to him) heat pump system and had it all working again quickly. No fuss and no mess. I will use Blackdown heating from now on and no one else.
