Steve from Blackcap Computing, is always swift to respond to queries or pleas for assistance with any computing issues. Nothing is too much trouble, nor any job too small. Even since I moved away from Dorset, he is able to help by working remotely. I would definitely recommend Blackcap Computing for its professional and speedy service, which is competitively priced.

We had our email blocked by Microsoft and Steve went to great lengths to try to recover it. He also backed up everything on our computer and explained how I could do it in the future.
