Billy was very good, and did a great job. Ensured the place was left tidy and worked at a good pace. He could be a bit slow in responding to my messages, but I think that was more due to the time of year and him being busy!

Very clear communication. It was a small job so Billy provided an estimate from photos sent via WhatsApp. He was prompt with a quote, and was able to do the work within few days (in the week before Christmas)., turned up exactly on time and got the work done quickly. He charged exactly what he had quoted - we didn't feel this was cheap but it was an excellent service so we were happy to pay the price he charged.

From start to finish Billy and the team were professional, efficient, helpful and friendly in carrying out this work for our elderly mother. The work necessitated removal and subsequent replacement of the ridge tiles, and all work was carried out in a way that was both careful and respectful to her property. Billy answered all our questions regarding the work, and provided helpful photographs and advice throughout the job. I highly recommend this company, and indeed my mother is hoping to have more work carried out by them next year.
