Professional, helpful, friendly and honest. To ground dwelling people, a new roof seems like an expensive necessity without the excitement of say a new kitchen but they helped us understand the importance of the work, some peculiar difficulties and challenges and were keen to leave us with a feeling of satisfaction that the house looked better, the work was worth it and we had done all we needed to for our lifetime. They also did an excellent job on other maintenance and upgrades above head height like soffits fascia’s and drains. They are kind, decent, enthusiastic, honest and professional.

After having a serious issue from a leaking roof i contacted BJ ROOFING SERVICES and spoke to jolene who arranged for the team to come out and inspect what was causing the issue. After the issue was found and I was happy with the quote we decided to go ahead with BJ ROOFING SERVICES. I highly recommend these guys from start to finish the whole process was hassle free, professional and completed to the highest of standards. Highly recommend.

Excellent work done by the team, this was not an easy job due to me needing to liase with a solar Panel company to remove the panels first that caused a few delays. The team worked to ensure the job was completed quickly once we could proceed.

After leaving a request I was called and visited by Joe the same day. He told me what would be needed to make good my front roof; how it would be done and what would be replaced and why. Work began within the week and was completed within two. All resulting waste was tidied up and taken away. I was kept informed by Joe at all times of the state of the work and what would be happening at all stages of the job. All members of the team were polite and happy to answer any questions about the work. If I have any future roof problems I would not hesitate to contact this firm.
