10 checking for woodworm in the loft

A surveyors report had highlighted possible woodworm in the loft. A house we looking at to purchase. Ben went out to assess the loft. Luckily their was no woodworm although two timber beams had been treated 2 years previous but had no spread to other parts. Ben was very reliable, he came exactly when he said he would and completed the work within the timeframe he had advised. He was very professional, he fully explained how he was treating the damp on my kitchen wall and found the source of the issue.
