  Arrived at the agreed time the next day and carried out the work quickly and efficiently (despite encountering great difficulty due to the corroded state of the fittings on my cistern). Was very thorough and clean.

  Started off with good communication, but 2 no shows to quote me for the work and no response or reason why on the last arranged visit.. sadly a waste of time and I’m still with a broken toilet
