  Brian started our project at a late stage after being let down by another company who had not done our drawings correctly. He listened and understood what was needed, and being told the project had even started promised to have a complete set of drawings and calculations ready quickly. He did us proud by completing all the required drawings and calculations in less than a week so our project didn't suffer a single delay. He was with the project throughout and liaised with our builder and building control right up to us receiving the final completion certificate. would thoroughly recommend.

  Poor and very slow communication

  Brian started off great, but got more and more difficult to get hold of to the point where he absolutely ignored us. The plans he put into the council got rejected and he didn't even bother to give us a call to talk thing through just utter radio silence and right now we are 2 weeks in from being told that it's been not accepted and he hasn't actually spoken to us himself. I had to call the council to find out. His lack of communication have absolutely slowed down the first part of our build, I would not recommend

  An Excellent Service

  Brian was recommended to me by my builder as one of the best in architectural services that he had worked with. Brian listened to my needs and then made the process of designing an extension and obtaining Planning Permission efficient, quick and easy. He delivered the plans to me within a few days and then literally did everything from submitting the plans and obtaining Planning Permission and then getting the Building Controls approval documents. Brian was professional and efficient and a pleasure to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
