On budget, on time, punctual, courteous, very professional and competitively priced Brendan and Barry did a great job and I would not hesitate to use them again !

Barry and Brendan responded quickly to our request for a quote, visited our house, diagnosed the source of the rot and explained the costs to repair. They then arrived on time a few weeks later to do the work. Only a small job (all wrapped up that morning) but all completed to a high standard. Root cause resolved, damaged floor removed, new bits of floor installed. Great service - thanks very much!

They did building work for us at the end of last year which was 10/10. We asked them for a quote to upgrade the main roof insulation which was carried out quickly and efficiently. We would always use these builders for the other jobs we have in mind. The actual invoice was less than the original quote which was great. Friendly, helpful and you can always rely on Barry and Brendan .

I cannot recommend B J Cooke highly enough. Barry and Brendan carried out a number of structural jobs and some less substantial building work on an old property. They kept us informed all the way through the process, dealt with the Building Inspector and left the property clean and tidy at the end of the work. Everything was carried out exactly as expected.

Barry & Brendan turned up promptly, completed the job within the agreed timescale, including replacing much of the existing guttering. They were always pleasant and conscientious workers and kept me informed regarding the progress of the work.
