The pitch was a one stop shop for the project; at every stage in the planned work, there would be communication and collaboration between the various trades and myself through a single point of contact. I have to say I was not disappointed. I was informed and updated about any changes in timelines or costs which allowed me to make informed choices along the way. The team were great, always on time, professional and good natured.
